The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

Entries into the promotion for the Major Prize open at 12.01am (AEDT) on 5th November 2025 and close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 7th January 2026 in all Participating Stores.

(each a “Promotion Period”)

Entries into the promotion for Minor Prize open at:

1. 12.01am (AEDT) on 5th November 2025 and close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 6th January 2026 in participating AMPOL FOODARY stores; and
2. 12:01am (AEDT) on 3rd December 2025 and close at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 7th January 2026 in participating Reddy Express stores

(each a “Promotion Period”)

Any stores in Australia that stock and sell the Qualifying Products, and the online store at URL www.suntorybosscoffee.com

(each a “Participating Store”)

Any Ampol Foodary & Reddy Express stores which are displaying promotional material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period in Australia.

(each a “Participating Store”)

The promotion will be run in association with Participating Stores.

All Suntory BOSS Coffee products available for sale at Participating Stores.

To enter the promotion, you must:

1. Purchase any Qualifying Products from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Transaction);
2. Scan the QR code in Participating Stores or go to www.suntorybosscoffee.com/japanpromoau;
3. Retain your receipt; and
4. Follow the prompts, enter your details and upload your receipt onto the website to enter the Prize Draw for the date your entry is submitted.

In the event that a receipt is not automatically provided to an individual upon completion of their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one from the Participating Store.

There are three (3) Major Prizes available to be won. The Major Prize is a trip to Japan worth $20,000 AUD (the winner must be aged 18 years or over) including:

• A $20,000 Free-2-Travel voucher per Major Prize.

The winner will be required to make all travel, accommodation, and activity bookings through a travel agency designated by the Promoter.

The Free-2-Travel voucher may be used for flights to and from Japan, accommodation, tours, cruising, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, group tours (including coach or special interest trips), sporting events and any taxes associated with such bookings in Japan, subject to availability and redeemable only through the travel agency designated by the Promotor.

The Free-2-Travel voucher is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, as specified by the travel agency.

Total Major Prize value: $60,000 AUD.

There are sixty-three (63) Minor Prizes (Ampol Foodary) available to be won at participating Ampol stores. Each Minor Prize (Ampol Foodary) includes one (1) $100 Prezzee e-Gift Card.

Total Minor Prize pool value: $6,300 AUD.

There are thirty-six (36) Minor Prizes (Reddy Express) available to be won at participating Reddy Express stores. Each Minor Prize (Reddy Express) includes one (1) digital $50 Shell e-Gift Card.

Total Minor Prize pool value: $1,800 AUD..

Total Prize pool value is $ 68,100 AUD.

• The winner and any travel companions must be 18 years or over.
• The Major Prize is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, as specific by the travel agency.
• Acceptance of the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the Promoter and the terms and conditions of any suppliers or travel agencies. If the Major Prize winner cannot accept those terms and conditions for any reason, their Major Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
• The Free-2-Travel voucher may be used on flights, accommodation, tours, cruising, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, group tours (including coach or special interest trips), sporting events and any taxes associated with such bookings, subject to availability and redeemable only through the travel agency designated by the Promotor.
• The winner and their companions are responsible for adhering to all local laws, including but not limited to laws regarding the legal drinking age and attendance at venues with a specified age of entry.
• Itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.
• All bookings in connection with the Major Prize must be made via the Promoter’s chosen travel agency. The Major Prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by the travel agency once any booking is approved and issued.
• The Major Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
• If for any reason the winner does not, once the Major Prize has been booked, take the Major Prize (or an element of the Major Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
• Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Major Prize description, are not included.
• The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
• It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that a winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a Major Prize.
• Travel insurance is not included in the Major Prize and must be obtained by the winner and their travel companions prior to departure. Major Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. The winner may be required to provide proof of acceptable travel insurance to the Promoter or its agent upon request.
• By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and accepting the Major Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that all activities included in the Major Prize involve inherent risks, which may result in death, injury, incapacity, property damage, or other losses. The winner participates in these activities at their own risk.
• The winner is solely responsible for researching and complying with all health, safety, passport, visa, and other government requirements applicable to the travel destination before travel. International travel advice is available from relevant local government agencies or consular offices.
• The Promoter, and its agents are not responsible for any changes to travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fight cancellations, border closures, or changes to government regulations. The winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs arising from these changes.

Minor Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions for redemption, and may have an expiry date. Please see the information that accompanies the Minor Prize for the full terms and conditions that apply.

Any unused balance of the e-Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the e-Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the e-Gift Card.

It is the winners’ responsibility to review all applicable terms and conditions. The Promoter is in no way responsible for winners’ purchases using the Minor Prize.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

1. only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
2. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the Entry Requirements;
3. a maximum of two (2) entries, per person, per day is permitted; and
4. an entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Prize. This Prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Entries received outside of the Major Prize Promotional Period will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

The Major Prize winners will be determined by way of computerised random draw from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Major Prize Promotional Period at 11am (AEDT) 12th January 2026. The first three (3) eligible entries randomly drawn will win a Major Prize.

The Major Prize Draw will take place at Greeneagle Fulfilment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

If an ineligible entrant is drawn (for example if the entrant is not an Australian resident or is not 18 years and over), the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and use the reserve entries in the order drawn to select a new winner. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

Entries received outside of the Minor Prize Promotional Period will not be entered into the Minor Prize Draw.

The Minor Prize winners will be determined by way of computerised random draw. For Minor Prizes (Ampol), there will be sixty-three (63) separate draws (each a Daily Entry Pool Draw) and for Minor Prizes (Reddy Express), there will be thirty-six (36) separate draws (each a Daily Entry Pool Draw), all conducted at 11am (AEDT) 12th January 2026. Each Daily Entry Pool Draw will be conducted from the pool of all valid entries received by the Promotor from the participating Ampol stores and Reddy Express stores on each day during the Minor Prize Promotional Period (being a total of sixty-three (63) days for Ampol and thirty-six (36) days for Reddy Express). The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Entry Pool Draw will win a Minor Prize.

The Minor Prize Draw will take place at Greeneagle Fulfilment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

If an ineligible entrant is drawn (for example if the entrant is not an Australian resident or is not 18 years and over), the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and use the reserve entries in the order drawn to select a new winner. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within one (1) month of the Major Prize Draw or Minor Prize Draws, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and conduct an unclaimed prize draw to select a new winner on the same terms as the original corresponding Prize Draws. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

The unclaimed prize draw (if required) will take place at Greeneagle Fulfilment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212 on 12th March 2026. The Promoter may also draw reserve entries for the unclaimed prize draw to be used in the event an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The new winners last name, first initial and postcode will be published at www.suntorybosscoffee.com/japanpromoau on 18 March 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the unclaimed draw.

The winners last name, first initial and postcode will be published at www.suntorybosscoffee.com/japanpromoau on 19 January 2026.

Neither the Promoter nor their agents will be responsible in any way for any disputes arising as a result of entries being submitted by persons other than the registered phone or email owner.

Prize winners must provide the Promoter with confirm acceptance of the Prize by responding via email or phone within one (1) month of being contacted by the Promoter to redeem their Prize. If the Promoter does not receive the winner’s confirmed acceptance or a response within that period, the Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.

Following the winner’s confirmation under Winner Requirements, a representative from the travel agency will contact the Major Prize winners within fourteen (14) days to arrange delivery and fulfilment of the Major Prize.

The Minor Prize will be sent to the winner’s email provided by them at the time of entry within fourteen (14) days of receiving acceptance from the winner.

1. Information on how to enter and Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, a word in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
3. The value of the Prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes after that date.
4. No part of a Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
5. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification.
6. If any winner chooses not to take their Prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a Prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
7. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
8. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the promotion.
9. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence.
10. The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this promotion (including any Prize or term) at any time in its sole discretion, subject to State or Territory regulation due to unforeseeable circumstances where the promotion is not capable of running as planned.
13. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Prize winner may be asked to show valid proof of identity at the time of collecting their Prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the winner’s entry and disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
16. If a Prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the Prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any delay or failure relating to the Prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
17. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
18. Entries are deemed received at the time they are received by the Promoter, and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. All entries received during the Promotional Period will be accepted.
19. Unless otherwise held invalid by a court of law, it is a condition of participating in the promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter against all legal costs associated with an unsuccessful claim which may arise out of their participation in the promotion and/or participating in any Prize.
20. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.
21. Acceptance of a Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes without compensation, and any copyright will vest in the Promoter.
22. The winner acknowledges and agree that they will comply with all instructions given by employees and agents of the Promoter and other agencies associated with this promotion and agree not to do anything that may bring the Promoter into disrepute.
23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents take no responsibility for any failure of any entry to be entered into the promotion due to, without limitation, technical malfunction or human error. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
24. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including any relevant statutory guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
25. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.suntoryoceania.com/privacy-policy/. The privacy policy also contains information about how entrants may access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information held by the Promoter by sending an email to customersupportanz@suntory.com
26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the Prize.
